The International Finance Facility for Immunisation commiting genocide

There is no limit to the brazenness of the elite!

There are now AAA rated bonds based on poor people receiving vaccinations! That’s right. Interest payments on these “Vaccine Bonds” are guaranteed by France, Italy, Norway, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and Britain.

Who buys these bonds?

The International Finance Facility for Immunisation says the following about the initial offering in 2006:

The bonds were priced comparably to other sovereign/supranational issuers and were bought by a broad range of investors – both geographically and by investor type – including several central banks, pension funds, fund managers, and insurance companies. Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs lead-managed this inaugural bond issue.

Individuals who have supported the IFFIm initiative include His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI; Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah of Jordan; Cardinal Renato Raffaele Martino; Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams; Chief Rabbi, Dr Jonathan Sacks; Iqbal Khan of the Muslim Council of Britain; Ramesh Khalidi of the Hindu Forum; Indrajit Singh OBE of the Sikh Council of Britain as well as Bono and Bob Geldof.

I couldn’t make it up if I tried.

There have also been retail offerings of the “Vaccine Bonds” in Japan in 2008 and 2009.
There are a number of documents on the web site. I’m going to need to take some time to look through this. Check it out for yourself : iff-immunisation.org

April 17th, 2009 at 5:01 am The “elite”, who will never vaccinate themselves or their children, have basically just bet on the thousands, if not millions of deaths that will occur as a result of the mass vaccination programs WHO will dole out in “fear” of the bird-flu or any other “deadly” virus they have developed for mass extermination. Why not make millions of euros or dollars off the dead and dying they will initiate? What a great plan! Where can I buy a bond or two?
You start with the poorest nations because the people are basically uneducated and use religion as their basis of existence. When they start dying off (from the vaccine itself) you can scare the rest of the educated world they had better get vaccinated or else. Dr. Len Horowitz’s books document how AIDS was developed by our military along with Dr. Robert Strecker’s video on the same subject. I went to the law and medical libraries and copied the documents myself that both Drs. cited. It’s all there IN PRINT, in respected medical journals and in the proceedings from Congress!!
Start eating lots of Kim Chee, the Korean fermented cabbage dish as it was documented a couple of years ago to KILL the HI51 bird-flu virus - of course that never got reported in MSM. Start looking for ways to strengthen your immune system through food. Little known info - proteolytic (protein digesting) enzymes completely destroy (digest) any virus and bacteria no matter who makes them. Stock up some of those soon.

Sanofi Aventis Invests 100 Million Euros In New Facility In Mexico To Produce Seasonal and Pandemic Influenza Vaccine

19 Mar 2009

Sanofi-aventis (EURONEXT: SAN and NYSE: SNY), announced the signing of an agreement with the Mexican authorities to build a 100 million euro facility to manufacture influenza vaccine in Mexico.
The announcement was made during a ceremony attended by Felipe Calderon, President of Mexico, and Nicolas Sarkozy, President of France, who was in Mexico City for a State visit.

This facility will be built and operated by sanofi pasteur, the vaccines division of sanofi-Aventis Group, which was represented at the ceremony by Chris Viehbacher, Chief Executive Officer of sanofiaventis. "By building this new facility, sanofi-aventis is proud to contribute to the strengthening of Mexico's health infrastructure and is eager to support Mexico's exemplary commitment to public health through influenza immunization and pandemic readiness", said Chris Viehbacher. "This investment illustrates sanofi-aventis' local approach to global health. This facility will benefit public health in Mexico and the Latin American region, in the context of influenza pandemic preparedness".

The agreement was signed by Birmex' (Laboratorio de Biológicos y Reactivos de México) and sanofi-aventis' representatives in the presence of Dr. José Ángel Córdova Villalobos, Minister of Health of Mexico.
Under the terms of the agreement, sanofi Pasteur will manufacture influenza vaccine in collaboration with Birmex, a Mexican federal vaccine manufacturer. Birmex will perform certain stages of manufacturing and will be responsible for distributing influenza vaccines to the public in Mexico. Sanofi Pasteur is planning to start construction of the new vaccine manufacturing facility within a few weeks. Upon completion within four years, the facility will have a yearly capacity of up to 25 million doses of seasonal influenza vaccine.

The new influenza vaccine plant will be built in Ocoyoacac, where sanofi-aventis already operates a facility. The plant will be designed to switch to pandemic vaccine manufacturing if a human influenza pandemic is declared and a pandemic influenza strain is identified by the World Health Organization (WHO).
As the world leader in research, development and manufacturing of influenza vaccines, sanofi pasteur is working to develop new and improved influenza vaccines to save lives and is actively involved in pandemic preparedness. Over the last five years, sanofi pasteur has been consistently investing in major expansions of its influenza vaccine production capacity in the United States, France, China, and now Mexico. With the production of more than 170 million doses of seasonal influenza vaccine in 2008, sanofi Pasteur confirmed its global influenza vaccine market leadership.

Seasonal influenza overview

Influenza is a disease caused by a highly infectious virus that spreads easily from person to person, primarily when an infected individual coughs or sneezes. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the average global burden of inter-pandemic influenza may be on the order of 1 billion cases per year, leading to 300,000-500,000 deaths worldwide1. In temperate climate zones, seasonal epidemics typically begin in the late Fall and peak in mid-winter, infecting about 5-15% of the population each season, while In tropical zones the virus can be isolated year-round. The disease can affect all age groups, but rates of infections are highest among young children who spread the virus and are a potential source of infection in older age cohorts, whereas rates of serious illness, complications and death are highest in persons aged 65 years and older, as well as in persons with chronic cardiac or respiratory conditions1. The efficacy of vaccination in reducing the burden of the disease, as well as the economic burden of treating influenza, is well established.

Pandemic Influenza Overview

Influenza is a disease caused by a highly infectious virus that spreads easily from person to person, primarily when an infected individual coughs or sneezes1. An influenza pandemic is a global epidemic of an especially virulent virus, newly infectious for humans, and for which there is no pre-existing immunity.
This is why pandemic strains have such potential to cause severe morbidity and mortality. In an attempt to minimize the impact of a pandemic, many countries are developing national and transnational plans against a possible influenza pandemic situation. Independent Investigation Into Pentagon Attack Yields Alarming Information

NATIONAL SECURITY ALERT - SENSITIVE INFORMATION from Citizen Investigation Team on Vimeo.

VA won't pay benefits to Marine injured by vaccine

WASHINGTON — It wasn't a bullet or roadside bomb that felled Lance Cpl. Josef Lopez three years ago after nine days in Iraq.

It was an injection into his arm before his unit left the states.

The then 20-year-old Marine from Springfield, Mo., suffered a rare adverse reaction to the smallpox vaccine. While the vaccine isn't mandatory, the military strongly encourages troops to take it.

However, it left Lopez in a coma, unable for a time to breathe on his own and paralyzed for weeks. Now he can walk, but with a limp. He has to wear a urine bag constantly, has short-term memory loss and must swallow 15 pills daily to control leg spasms and other ailments.

And even though his medical problems wouldn't have occurred if he hadn't been deployed, Lopez doesn't qualify for a special government benefit of as much as $100,000 for troops who suffer traumatic injuries.

The hangup? His injuries were caused by the vaccine.

"I could have easily died, or not been able to walk because of that," Lopez said. "It destroyed my world. It was pretty traumatic to me."

Officials at the Department of Veterans Affairs, which oversees the benefit program, said they're following what the agency has determined to be Congress' intent.

"It's for traumatic injury, not disease; not illness; not preventive medicine," said Stephen Wurtz, deputy assistant director for insurance at the VA. "It has nothing to do with not believing these people deserve some compensation for their losses."

The VA was unable to say how many claims have been rejected because of vaccine-related injuries. Wurtz and others familiar with the program said it probably wasn't a large amount.

As of July 1, the traumatic injury program has granted nearly 6,700 claims, a 63 percent approval rate, and paid $394 million in compensation, Wurtz said.

A representative for the Military Vaccine Agency, which oversees the vaccination of troops for smallpox, anthrax and other diseases, couldn't be reached for comment, despite repeated attempts.

Sen. Claire McCaskill, a Missouri Democrat and a member of the Armed Services Committee, drafted a bill named after Lopez to widen the program to include vaccine-related injuries.

She became aware of his plight when he and his mother stopped in her Senate office last year looking for help. Lopez had come to Washington to compete in the wheelchair portion of the Marine Corps Marathon.

"The program was created with a broad mandate to provide financial assistance to folks with serious injuries and given to VA to determine the outlines," said Stephen Hedger, McCaskill's legislative director and an Army veteran of Iraq. The VA "took a narrower approach and defined in greater detail what injuries and illnesses qualified for payment. Our view is it was way too narrow."

Lopez's health insurance through the military has covered all his medical expenses. The VA has paid for his medical costs since he was discharged in June.

What he didn't get were benefits from a program called TSGLI, or Traumatic Servicemember Group Life Insurance. Congress created it in 2005 to provide short-term financial help to severely injured service members until their disability benefits could kick in. The compensation is retroactive to injuries suffered since Oct. 1, 2001.

It's intended to cover expenses such as the costs of having a family member temporarily relocate while an injured service member receives treatment at a military hospital. Another might be the costs of retrofitting a service member's home to accommodate a wheelchair or other medical equipment.

The injuries don't have be the result of combat, however. Service members could be eligible because of a car accident on the way to the grocery store. The fee is an additional $1 each month on top of their regular military life insurance premium.

Lopez seemed to fit the profile. His injuries affected his normal daily activities, one of the criteria to obtain coverage. His family also met another: financial hardship.

His mother, Barbara Lopez, took a leave from her job as a high school secretary to move to Maryland to be with him while he spent six weeks at the National Naval Medical Center at Bethesda. She also had to give up her second job, a part-time position as a cashier.

They'd to build a ramp and widen a door to accommodate his wheelchair at her home in Springfield, where he spent his recovery.

Barbara Lopez said she heard about TSGLI from families of other injured troops at Bethesda. Yet unlike many of them, whose wounds were obvious, her son's application was turned down. She still can't fathom it.

"In his spinal column, he has quite a bit of permanent scarring," Barbara Lopez said. "He takes medication to help his legs. He can walk unassisted, but never far, and he can't stand for very long. I kind of feel Joe was out there fighting the same fight they were. He should be just as eligible."

The military began the smallpox vaccination program in 2003 because of post-9/11 fears that terrorists might attack the U.S. with germ warfare. Plans for the invasion of Iraq were also under way. The military was concerned that Saddam Hussein might use biological weapons against American troops.

Smallpox is contagious and can be fatal. It has no known cure. However, on rare occasions, as in Lopez's case, the vaccine can be as dangerous as the disease. Side effects can range from a simple rash to swelling around the brain and heart, and even death.

Like the inoculation for anthrax, another pre-combat injection, troops are supposed to be informed of the side effects and told that taking the vaccine was optional. Many have said that it was made abundantly clear that refusing wasn't a good idea.

"No one said 'No,'" Lopez said. "I had no qualms. I had no reason not to."

Smallpox Gunmen Deputized to Secure Vaccination Areas:
Resistance Mounts to FEMA’s Involvement in “Public Health” Plan

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)officials are directing police chiefs nationwide to search local gun owner records to identify and train civilian deputies to secure smallpox vaccination sites. According to documents forwarded to civil rights groups by police chiefs engaged in a growing smallpox vaccination resistance movement, the plan calls for armed civilian security guards to maintain the peace in every room the vaccine will be given.

The FEMA directive is aimed to prevent violence at
smallpox “vaccination areas.” It also effectively removes law enforcement officials who oppose vaccination. “Police chiefs are now being pressured to comply, get vaccinated, then promote the smallpox vaccine,” said one chief who requested anonymity. “They expect us to follow the 500,000 military personnel that began to receive the vaccine this week.”

The general public may be required to take the vaccine
immediately following the first reported case of smallpox, and after 10 million healthcare workers and emergency responders are vaccinated and positioned to run the mammoth civilian program.

FEMA officials were unavailable for comment regarding their
involvement in ordering one armed civilian “security staff” to defend every two “vaccinators,” including one “preferred” registered nurse. These civilian volunteers are expected to administer thousands of vaccines per day.

“Authorities will claim this availability of lethal force is meant to reduce risks and protect volunteers,” said Ingri Cassel, the director of Vaccination Liberation, a nationwide association that has established dozens of local chapters to defend the legal right to abstain from vaccinations. “We are seeing increasingly coercive policies, allegedly for ‘public health’ and ‘national security,’ that dangerously restrict civil rights and religious freedoms.”

“I’'ve been vindicated,” said Jack McLamb, a retired military and police officer, and publisher of AID & Abet, a police and military periodical. Officer McLamb has been persecuted for years for openly criticizing the government while predicting that law officers would be used to enforce coercive public health policies that attack civil liberties and undermine religious freedoms. “My detractors laughed when I said, ‘Tyranny can not come to the home of any American unless it comes in uniform.’ Now no one is laughing anymore.”

Vaccine may be more dangerous than the swine flu

Vaccine may be more dangerous than the swine flu

One can continue to believe that the global gurus of public health are responding appropriately to the swine flu emergency and willingly take the shot if they choose to do so. But such trust and complacency requires the omission of one key factiod: The vaccine contains an oil-based "adjuvant" containing "squalene." Adjuvants are used to boost an immune response. Squalene, which is a causal factor in Gulf War illness, causes crippling arthritis and premature death in about 100 percent of lab animals and has been associated with autoimmune diseases and premature death in people as well. Early reports of trials with the H1N1 vaccine show that the vaccine is already maiming and killing people. It appears certain that those who take the vaccine may not get the flu but can expect to die a painful and premature death—and WHO et. al know it.

By Dr. Russell Blaylock

An outbreak of swine flu that occurred in Mexico last spring eventually affected 4,910 Mexican citizens and resulted in 85 deaths. By the time it spread to the United States, the virus caused only mild cases of flu-like illness.

Thanks to air travel and the failure of public health officials to control travel from Mexico, the virus spread worldwide. Despite predictions of massive numbers of deaths and the arrival of doomsday, the virus has remained a relatively mild disease, something we know happens each year with flu epidemics.

Cases to date as of July 7, 2009. Worldwide, there have only been 311 deaths out of 70,893 cases of swine flu. In the United States, 27,717 cases have resulted in 127 deaths. Every death is a tragedy, but such a low death rate should not be the basis of a draconian government policy.

It is helpful to recall that the Centers for Disease Control, with the collusion of the media, constantly tell us that 36,000 people die from the flu each year, a figure that has been shown to be a lie. In this case, we are talking about 300 plus deaths for the entire world.

From whence this novel strain?

This virus continues to be an enigma for virologists. In the April 30, 2009 edition of Nature, a virologist was quoted as saying, "Where the hell it got all these genes from we don’t know."

Extensive analysis of the virus found that it contained the original 1918 H1N1 flu virus, the avian flu virus (bird flu) and two new H3N2 virus genes from Eurasia. Debate continues over the possibility that swine flu is a genetically-engineered virus.

Scandal. Naturally, vaccine manufacturers have been in a competitive battle to produce the first vaccine. The main contenders have been Baxter Pharmaceuticals and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, the latter of which recently acquired the scandal-ridden Chiron vaccine company. Both of these companies have had agreements with the World Health Organization to produce a pandemic vaccine.

Contamination. The Baxter vaccine, called Celvapan, has had fast track approval. It uses a new vero cell technology, which utilizes cultured cells from the African green monkey. This same animal tissue transmits a number of vaccine-contaminating viruses, including the HIV virus.

More contamination. The Baxter company has been associated with two deadly scandals. The first event occurred in 2006 when hemophiliac components were contaminated with HIV virus and injected in tens of thousands of people, including thousands of children. Baxter continued to release the HIV-contaminated vaccine even after the contamination was known.

Accidental release. The second event occurred recently when it was discovered that Baxter had released a seasonal flu vaccine containing the bird flu virus, which would have produced a real world pandemic, to 18 countries. Fortunately, astute lab workers in the Czech Republic discovered the deadly combination and blew the whistle before a worldwide disaster was unleashed [The IO, March, 2009].

Despite these two deadly events, WHO maintains an agreement with Baxter Pharmaceuticals to produce the world’s pandemic vaccine.

[Note: WHO announced that it would launch an investigation into Baxter’s "accidental" release of H5N1-contaminated flu vaccine that killed lab animals (ferrets) in the Czech Republic. No investigation has ever been conducted. ~DWH].

Squalene

Novartis, the second contender, also has an agreement with WHO for a pandemic vaccine. Novartis appears to have won the contract, since its vaccine is near completion. What is terrifying is that these pandemic vaccines contain ingredients, called "immune adjuvants" that a number of studies have shown cause devastating autoimmune disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and lupus.

Animal studies using this adjuvant have found them to be deadly. A study using 14 guinea pigs found that, when they were injected with the special adjuvant, only one animal survived. A repeat of the study found the same deadly outcome.

So, what is this deadly ingredient? It is called squalene, a type of oil. The Chiron company, maker of the deadly anthrax vaccine, makes an adjuvant called MF-59 which contains two main ingredients of concern—squalene and gp120. A number of studies have shown that squalene can trigger all of the above-mentioned autoimmune diseases when injected.

[Note: All higher organisms produce squalene. The squalene used as a vaccine adjuvant is a fish oil, particularly shark liver oil. The problem with injected squalene is that it signals the body to attack its own essential fatty acids. Combined with other vaccine ingredients, the result is autoimmunity, where the body begins attacking its own tissues. ~DWH]

The MF-59 adjuvant has been used in several vaccines. These vaccines, including tetanus and diphtheria, are the same vaccines frequently associated with adverse reactions.

Questionable studies. I reviewed a number of studies on this adjuvant and found something quite interesting. Several studies done on human test subjects found MF-59 to be a very safe immune adjuvant. But when I checked to see who did these studies, I found—to no surprise—that they were done by the Novartis Pharmaceutical Company and Chiron Pharmaceutical Company, which have merged. They were all published in "prestigious" medical journals. Also, to no surprise, a great number of studies done by independent laboratories and research institutions all found a strong link between MF-59 and autoimmune diseases.

Gulf War Illness. Squalene in vaccines has been strongly linked to the Gulf War Illness. On August 1991, Anthony Principi, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, admitted that soldiers vaccinated with the anthrax vaccine from 1990 to 1991 had an increased risk of 200 percent in developing the deadly disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also called Lou Gehrig’s disease. The soldiers also suffered from a number of debilitating and life-shortening diseases such as polyarteritis nodosa, multiple sclerosis (MS), lupus, transverse myelitis (a neurological disorder caused by inflammation of the spinal cord), endocarditis (inflammation of the heart’s inner lining), optic neuritis with blindness and glomerulonephritis (a type of kidney disease).

Brain inflammation. Because squalene, the main ingredient in MF-59, can induce hyperimmune responses and induce autoimmunity, a real danger exists for prolonged activation of the brain’s immune cells, the microglia. This type of prolonged activation has been strongly associated with such diseases as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, ALS and possibly vaccine-related encephalitis. It has been shown that activation of the systemic immune system, as occurs with vaccination, rapidly activates the brain’s microglia at the same time, and this brain inflammation can persist for long periods.

So, how would the gp120 get into the brain? Studies of other immune adjuvants using careful tracer techniques have shown that they routinely enter the brain following vaccination. What most people do not know, even the doctors who recommend the vaccines, is that most such studies by pharmaceutical companies observe the patients for only one to two weeks following vaccination—these types of reactions may take months or even years to manifest.

The profit motive

It is obvious that the vaccine manufacturers stand to make billions of dollars in profits from this WHO/government-promoted pandemic. Novartis, the maker of the new pandemic vaccine, recently announced that they would not give free vaccines to impoverished nations—everybody pays.

Grim reality. One must keep in mind that once the vaccine is injected, there is little you can do to protect yourself—at least by conventional medicine. It will mean a lifetime of crippling illness and early death.

The best medicine. There are much safer ways to protect oneself from this flu virus, such as higher doses of vitamin D3, selective immune enhancement using supplements and a good diet.

Note: The subheads and boldface preceeding certain paragraphs were added to the original text to highlight the ground Dr. Blaylock is covering in this brief article. Each point he makes could be books in themselves but his intent was to show that the much publicized "novel" flu strain was likely created in a lab by entities connected to the scandal-ridden pharmaceutical companies being rewarded with huge contracts to produce millions (billions) of vaccines that contain a specific ingredient known to cause chronic illnesses and early death.

Pandemic promoters in public health, media, have yet to prove existence of novel H1N1 swine flu strain

James McCumiskey, author of "The Ultimate Conspiracy: The Biomedical Paradigm," is currently in search of scientific proof for the existence of this novel strain of swine flu virus that could cause a global pandemic and has sent the following email to public health officials and media outlets all over the world:

"I got a swine-flu document through the door the other day. I read it carefully. The document assumes that the case for the existence of the swine-flu virus has been proven. I respectfully ask you to identify the scientific publication where some scientist has managed to isolate, biochemically characterise and photograph the swine-flu virus H1N1. In other words I am requesting the scientific proof for the existence of this allegedly pathogenic viruswhich, according to this document, could cause a global pandemic.

"Luc Montagnier (the alleged discoverer of the HIV-virus) admitted in 1997 that the HIV-virus has not been isolated. In other words it has not been proven to exist. Ulla Schmidt the German Health Minister admitted in 2004 that there is no direct proof for the existence of the HIV-virus and that it was determined to exist by the consensus of the experts. What is true for the HIV-virus is also true of the H1N1 / Swine Flu virus.

"Lord Nimmo-Smith, in a famous judgment, said: ‘But however often a conclusion may be repeated, it is only as sound as the research on which it is based, and of this I have seen none.’

"However often scientists deliberately deceive and panic the public about the existence of the H1N1 / Swine Flu virus and the probability of a new flu pandemic, it is irrelevant if you cannot prove the existence of this virus.

"Dr. Stefan Lanka from Klein-Klein-Aktion is offering €10,000 to anyone who is able to produce a scientific paper proving the existence of the H1N1 virus. Please provide Dr. Lanka with the name of the scientific publication proving the existence of this novel swine flu virus."

To date, not one public health official has come forward with the proof of a novel H1N1 swine flu virus and the media is generally uninterested in the fact that proof of a "virus" associated with AIDS and a novel swine flu strain appear to be equally nonexistent.
